Check-in from 4:00pm | Check-out by 10:00am -  Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.

Registered Guests Only  - Only guests included in the booking may stay at the property.

No Parties or Events -  River Retreat is designed for relaxing breaks and family stays.

Respect Our Neighbours -  Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors  - Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.

Pets - Pets are welcome and must not be left unattended.

Look After the Property - Please treat River Retreat with care and report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.

Leave as You Found It -  Before departure, please ensure dishes are washed, rubbish is disposed of appropriately, and the property is left tidy.
